Great hotel and location. Staff was fantastic and Emanuela at the reception was amazing. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Helpful recommendations and assistance from the reception desk. Lovely area close to attractions and nice restaurants nearby.

There were a few instances where the staff failed to provide accurate information about transportation options, causing some confusion for guests.
